The Thursday Workshop

Here's a great reason to get down to Vista by Thursday April 24th. Presented by the CBA Education Committee, the Forging Team of John and Rhiannon West will teach an all-day workshop on Dick Fedder’s forged roses. Skills involved include upsetting, cutting and drawing tenons, forge welding, working with sheet metal, and forming industrial stock into pleasing organic forms. John and Rhiannon say some blacksmithing experience is helpful, but the talented teaching team will guide any dedicated smith through the project. The workshop has a $20 fee to cover materials (provided).
